About PhantasyWorx

 

PhantasyWorx is an art and design studio where jewelry, art, and other imaginative goods are crafted. Because most pieces are handcrafted, one of a kind, or created in small quantities, individual pieces may have subtle variations in color, texture, finish, or construction. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted work and are not necessarily flaws.

 

Product Information & Photography

I make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible. Please take time to review photographs, measurements, materials, descriptions, and other listing information before placing an order. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, monitor settings, lighting, and other factors. Some pieces intentionally feature distressed finishes, textures, vintage-inspired details, irregularities, or other characteristics that are part of the design. Photographs may also affect the perceived scale of an item, so measurements provided in the listing should be used when determining size.

 

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Because most PhantasyWorx pieces are handcrafted or one of a kind, an item may not be restocked once it sells. I reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other website information and to update or discontinue products at any time.

 

Orders & Payment

​

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected item or items. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled. Payment processing is handled through the payment services made available at checkout. PhantasyWorx does not need to receive or store your full payment-card information in order to process your purchase.

 

Custom & Personalized Work

Custom and personalized projects are considered individually. I am happy to discuss ideas and possibilities, but I cannot guarantee that every custom request will be accepted. Feasibility may depend on the project, materials, techniques, time involved, and whether the request is a good fit for my unruly imagination. Before custom work begins, we will discuss the scope of the project, materials, pricing, expected timing, and other relevant details. Custom and personalized pieces are generally final sale, subject to the exceptions described in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work on a custom or personalized project has not already begun. After that period, cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

 

Shipping

​

PhantasyWorx currently ships within the United States only. Shipping is provided through USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery information are covered in my Shipping Policy.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. PhantasyWorx does not currently offer exchanges. Because return eligibility and procedures vary depending on the type and circumstances of an order, please see the Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.​

 

Jewelry Care & Wear

​

Jewelry is intended to be worn and enjoyed, but handmade jewelry requires reasonable care. Please follow the recommendations in the Jewelry Care Guide for information about caring for your piece. Some materials, finishes, paints, patinas, adhesives, and other components may naturally change over time or require particular care. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, alterations, or ordinary wear may not be considered a fabrication or workmanship issue.

 

If something unexpectedly goes wrong with a piece, please contact me before attempting a repair. I genuinely want you to enjoy your jewelry and will do what I reasonably can to help.

All original artwork, designs, photographs, product descriptions, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and other creative material appearing on this website are the property of PhantasyWorx LLC unless otherwise indicated.
